Man arrested in connection to stabbing

ROANOKE, VA - Roanoke Police told WFXR News they have arrested a man in connection to an early morning stabbing.

44-year-old Jeremy Daniel Graves of Roanoke is now behind bars at the Roanoke City Jail and is charged with malicious wounding.

According to police, Graves is responsible for stabbing 55-year-old Charles Fisher in the upper body.

It happened in the 300 block of Woods Avenue around 6 a.m. Monday morning.

No word on the current condition of Fisher.
