Perks and risks of working at home

More people are working from home -- but is it good for workers and the bottom line?

A study from the University of Cardiff in the United Kingdom found that people who work at home clock more hours than their colleagues in the office, but they also deal with more stress.

The CEO of Cortex Leadership Consulting told WFXR News that it's easy for people working at home to be miss out on important conversations and to develop trust and understanding with leaders and colleagues.
