Roanoke man threatens white house

ROANOKE, Va. - We're learning more about the Roanoke man who threatened to bomb the White House.

Police say 29-year-old Sean Patrick Keoughan drove to the White House on Saturday night in a stolen rental car, and told a security guard at a checkpoint he had a bomb.

That triggered a security alert and the vehicle was declared suspicious and searched.

A robot and a bomb technician examined the vehicle but no explosives were found.

The car was stolen at the Discovery Park area of Mill Mountain in Roanoke.

This incident along with two other breaches renews concern about security at the white house.
