According to the Commonwealth's Attorney in Lynchburg, Fantasia Lane will enter plea agreements on charges of child abuse and neglect on December 19 at 1:30 p.m.
Amarah Lane was 22-months-old when she was admitted ot a hospital with burns on her face and swollen hands.
The toddler died a week later.
Court documents revealed that doctors believe Fantasia Lane was suffering from depression, an unstable mood, suicidal behaviors and constant inner turmoil following a psychological evaluation.
The reports also also stated Fantasia's problems with depression and attachment limited her ability to maintain emotional connectivity with Amarah.
